As part of the KICK Leadership team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of Operations and peers in the development and execution of KICK’s strategy, vision and associated operations.

You will act as an extension of the Head of Operations ensuring that KICK is kept running smoothly while we continue to grow at rapid speed.

What you will do:

Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborating with Department Leadership, anticipate and forecast emerging opportunities across the Department. Ensuring our Department remains agile and primed for success
  • Serve as a thought-partner to Kick leadership and Head of Operations - helping shape priorities, facilitate decision-making, and act as a sounding board
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, keeping plans on track and rolling smoothly from idea to implementation. Turning high level priorities into actionable plans

Operational management

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable systems that improve how we work as a business. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, optimisation and scalability
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication between departments. Act as a conduit between senior leadership, functional teams and sometimes the broader business
  • Use ‘visual storytelling’ to communicate ideas and strategies effectively (i.e. create compelling, clear and concise presentations, high-quality documents, reports and proposals ensuring accuracy and consistency)
  • Maintain and iterate goal planning process and ongoing management
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, templates, agendas and minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

External Relationship Management

  • Own and manage relationships with key third-party vendors, platforms, and strategic partners. Negotiate contracts, ensure service-level agreements are met, and collaborate to improve operational performance and alignment.

What you will bring:

  • 3–5 years in Operations, Business Strategy, or Project Management roles, preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment across diverse departments.
  • Strong background in process optimisation, operational efficiency, and scalability projects.
  • Hands-on experience with project lifecycle management—from ideation to execution and delivery.
  • Experience managing both internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Notion / Jira / Monday / Asana / Trello

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Passion for livestreaming and/or social media
  • AI experience
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack
