Your Role with Us:
As our Property Investment Analyst in the family office, you will dive deep into the world of real estate acquisitions, crunching numbers to evaluate potential opportunities and track the performance of our property portfolio. You will use your top-notch financial modeling skills to assess deals, provide strategic recommendations, and help guide confident investment decisions. Think of yourself as our go-to person for all things property, bringing insights, commercial thinking, and a passion for property investments to the family office team every day.

As part of the family office, you won’t be working directly on the brands themselves but will focus on managing and investing in opportunities beyond gaming, such as property investments. What you will do:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of potential real estate investments (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Perform market research, including demographic, economic, and property-specific trends to inform investment strategy.
- Evaluate asset performance, conduct portfolio reviews, and suggest value enhancement strategies.
- Support due diligence processes, including reviewing leases, operating expenses, and legal documentation.
- Monitor existing investments, tracking KPIs, and producing periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, legal, and finance teams to execute transactions smoothly.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA designation is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of investment principles, real estate valuation methods, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
