- Outsized Strategic Impact: Drive operational systems that empower product teams to execute at scale.
- High-Growth Environment: Help build the foundation of one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech companies.
- Work Across Global Ventures: Support and enable teams working on a diverse range of global digital products

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to be a strategic partner to product leadership and the operational engine behind our growing portfolio of products—including Kick, Stake, and future ventures. This is not a typical operations role. It’s a high-impact opportunity to shape how a fast-moving, high-growth product organisation runs at scale.
You’ll work across teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum—maximising output by building the systems, workflows, and rhythms that keep everything moving efficiently. From strategic planning and tooling to process design and team enablement, you’ll be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of our product organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, excels at solving operational challenges, and is excited to build the infrastructure that powers world-class product execution.
