Your role with us:
As our Risk Officer, you’ll help safeguard Easygo by monitoring key reports and alerts across our Sportsbook and Casino products, troubleshooting issues and identifying emerging risks before they escalate. You’ll collaborate with our Business Intelligence, Sportsbook and Casino teams to refine custom reports, support complex investigations and implement smart, rule-based solutions. Keep internal policies up to date and support teams across the business from Marketing to Finance in maintaining our high standards of risk and compliance.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

  • Monitor existing reports and alerts on our Sportsbook and Casino product and troubleshoot any issues or concerns. 
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to design, develop, review and update custom reports and alerts to ensure major areas of concerns are covered. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Intelligence, Sportsbook and Casino team to support complex risk investigations and to respond to rapidly evolving threats and implement rule-based analytical solutions.
  • Ensuring the company complies and operates according to the required legal and regulatory.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance.
  • Draft, review and implementation of business practices, internal policies and procedures manuals.
  • Conduct regular product audits to identify any gaps in risk and compliance.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in Finance, Business or related industries
  • Experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments or related fields
  • Sports, gambling, cryptocurrency knowledge 
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
