Your role with us:
As our Head of Digital, you’ll own Easygo’s full-funnel growth engine. You’ll lead a team of digital experts, overseeing paid media performance, lifecycle strategy, and new channel expansion. With a hands-on approach and a strong analytical mindset, you’ll translate business goals into actionable growth plans and drive continuous optimisation. Your leadership will ensure our marketing investment delivers strong ROI while elevating user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
Please Note: We believe in the power of collaboration and rapid iteration. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to push boundaries and unlock new growth opportunities.

Digital Strategy & Leadership

Build and own our full-funnel digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and referral programs.

Lead and coach a high-performing team of Paid Media Leads and digital specialists.

Translate business goals into performance marketing targets and channel-specific roadmaps.

Partner with the CMO and Marketing Leadership to align growth initiatives with broader brand and product strategies.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
-
Oversee all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates) with strict focus on ROI and scale.

Own budget allocation, forecasting, and optimisation across CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics.

Support Paid Media Leads in campaign planning, creative development, audience testing, and optimisation frameworks.

Foster a culture of input-metric focus, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Analytics & Optimisation

Define, track, and report KPIs across acquisition, retention, and conversion funnels.

Partner with Data and Product teams to analyse user behaviour, campaign performance, and cohort trends.

Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities, and champion a structured test-and-learn mindset.

Present strategic insights and recommendations to the CMO and Executive Team.
Lifecycle & Retention Growth

Collaborate with CRM and Product Marketing to drive user engagement and retention via email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns.

Develop segmentation strategies and personalised journeys to increase LTV and reduce churn.
Channel & Market Expansion

Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, and market-entry opportunities.

Lead go-to-market planning for new regions or product launches, in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams.
What you will bring:

10+ years’ experience in Digital, Growth, or Performance Marketing within high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing digital teams.
-
Deep expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance-led growth analytics.
-
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.
-
Demonstrated ability to build and execute growth strategies with measurable revenue impact.
-
Highly skilled in budget management, forecasting, and ROI optimisation.
-
Clear communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
-
Hands-on, strategic mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
-
Wagering industry experience is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
Bonus points if you also have:

Certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or Performance Media

Experience launching new markets or managing international growth

Strong technical understanding of attribution modelling and measurement

Familiarity with cryptocurrency, sports, or gaming industries
