As a Data Analyst at Easygo, you’ll transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions across Kick. You’ll design and automate reports, build dashboards, and dive deep into analysis to uncover trends that shape the platform. Collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence team and stakeholders across Kick, you’ll play a key role in making data more accessible, reliable, and impactful.

What you will do: 

• Build semantic features and attributes that support consistent reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that clearly communicate metrics and performance trends.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights in response to stakeholder requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting structures and enhance metric clarity.
• Support tracking of KPIs for product, operations, and business growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders across product and other Kick operations to understand data needs.
• Partner with senior analysts and engineers to support development of robust data assets and pipelines.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Share knowledge and promote good data practices across teams.
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and reliability of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
• Ensure consistent metric definitions and documentation for dashboards.
• Monitor for missing data, performance issues, or discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.
• Develop a strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem to contextualise insights.
• Stay curious and informed about analytics best practices and industry trends.

What you will bring: 

• 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, marketing analytics or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for querying and transforming data.
• Proficiency with BI tools to create clear, actionable dashboards.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, GCP and/or AWS.
• Ability to communicate technical insights in simple terms.
• A meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy and quality. This is crucial for maintaining the integrity of reports and analysis.
• Genuine interest in the online entertainment, streaming, and gaming industries, as the role is for Kick, a platform built by gamers for gamers.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with event-driven analytics or behavioural tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.)
• Background in streaming, gaming, or digital entertainment industries.
