  • High-Impact Role: Own end-to-end strategy and execution within your domain.
  • Product at the Core: Work in a culture that deeply values product thinking and user-centric design.

About the Role

Weʼre looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of our own Affiliate Platform from the ground up.

This is a massive 0-to-1 opportunity. You wonʼt just be iterating on an existing tool; you will be designing and building the central engine that powers growth for the business.

This is a senior, foundational role that requires deep product expertise, technical fluency, and a strategic, hands-on mindset. Youʼll partner closely with cross- functional teams to define the strategy for a scalable platform that solves complex challenges for our partners. Your work will deliver critical value for our affiliate partners and our internal teams, acting as the backbone for our marketing expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building new platforms from scratch, is excited by ambiguous challenges, and is passionate about solving complex data problems at a global scale.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product strategy for our new Affiliate Platform.
  • Build and maintain a clear, outcome driven roadmap aligned to the squad north star.
  • Identify user and business problems by conducting discovery with both external affiliates and internal affiliate operations teams across our different brands.
  • Prioritise initiatives effectively—balancing the long term vision of building the platform with the immediate operational needs of the business.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data, and affiliate operations teams to deliver a scalable, reliable, and industry-leading platform.
  • Define the requirements and success metrics for the new affiliate platform, ensuring it serves as a scalable foundation that powers the growth and operations of our entire product ecosystem.
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and decisions clearly across all stakeholders and product verticals.
  • Optimise internal tooling and workflows for our affiliate operations team, using the new platform as a foundation.

Minimum Qualifications

  •   5+ years of product management experience.
  •  Strong product thinking and a user centric mindset, with a clear ability to understand and articulate complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage needs from both external customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that align stakeholders and inspire action.
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and change.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and database concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the online gaming, sportsbook, or affiliate marketing industry.
  • Driven by tangible business impact and value creation, prioritising results over simple feature delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira Product Discovery, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel

Some of the perks of joining us:

  • Championing Engineering Excellence to influence cultural change across the organisation.
  • Work alongside the top 5% of engineering talent in Australia using a vast cloud native tech stack including AWS, Microservices, Large-Scale Distributed Systems, K8's, Go, Terraform, Typescript, Svelte, GraphQL, Nodejs and React.
  • Exposure to building global, large-scale volume products which operate at thousands per second frequency.
  • EAP access for you and your family
  • Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform
  • Paid volunteer day
  • Two full-time barista’s who will make your daily coffee, tea or fresh juice!
  • Daily catered breakfast
  • On site Masseuse on Wednesdays
  • Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays
  • Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles
  • Unlimited snacks and drinks provided
