Your role with us: 

Level Up Player Experience: that's the main one! As a CRM Coordinator, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Acquisition teams to ensure CRM communications are aligned with key campaigns, promotions, and sporting events. Leveraging data and insights, you will continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities to enhance segmentation, timing, and campaign effectiveness.

What you will do:

  • Execute and coordinate CRM campaigns and lifecycle communications across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
  • Support the execution of segmented and data-driven campaigns to improve player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, reactivation, and retention flows.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Acquisition, Content, Product, and Sponsorship teams to ensure CRM communications are aligned with promotional calendars, campaigns, and key events.
  • Support the promotion of sports and casino offers, tournaments, and key betting moments relevant to the Brazilian market.
  • Research and source relevant content to communicate with our player base in a way that resonates with local audiences.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention metrics, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to improve player segmentation, communication timing, and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing player value.

What you will bring: 

  • Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry (sports betting and/or online casino).
  • Knowledge in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality customer communications.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with design and creative teams to develop campaign assets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Optimove (It is a strong one)
  • Familiarity with push notification strategies and lifecycle marketing.
  • Understanding of Brazilian betting market dynamics and player behavior.
