Easygo is an Australian technology powerhouse behind global brands Stake, KICK, and Twist Gaming. As we continue to scale our presence across Serbia, Denmark, Italy, and other locations, we are hiring our first IT Manager in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to build and own IT operations in EMEA from the ground up, working closely with our global IT & Security teams in Australia.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be the go-to person for all IT matters across Europe — supporting the team day-to-day, solving technical challenges, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role with ownership: you’ll be managing endpoints, systems, and access, while also improving processes and setting things up for scale as we grow in the region.

- Maintain an accurate asset register and ensure device standardisation
Network & Infrastructure
- Support office networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
- Ensure stable and secure infrastructure across locations
Scripting, Automation & Integrations
- Build automations, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency
- Use APIs and tools to streamline provisioning and reporting
People Leadership
- Mentor and support a direct report as the team grows
- Help build and scale the IT function in EMEA
Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding & Offboarding)
- Own IT onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Continuously improve processes and automate where possible
IT Procurement & Budget Manage
- IT procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure spend aligns with budget and business needs
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure security standards are followed across systems and devices
- Support access control, endpoint hardening, and incident response
Knowledge Management & Project Participation
- Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
- Support IT projects, rollouts, and system improvements
Qualifications and skills
- 7+ years in a Systems Administrator or IT Operations role with progressive responsibilities
- 2+ years experience supervising, mentoring, or leading IT team members
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
- Experience administering MDM platforms (FleetDM, Intune), including device onboarding and policy deployment
- Solid understanding of identity and access management, including 2FA, SAML, and SCIM integrations and cybersecurity practices
- Experience resolving advanced technical issues and acting as a Level 2/3 support escalation point
- Proven ability to produce and maintain documentation and knowledge base materials
- Exposure to project-based work with involvement in IT infrastructure or SaaS projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in AWS (SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect Associate)
- Experience with Terraform, GitOps, or other infrastructure-as-code practices
Who You Are
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable owning problems end-to-end
- Highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
