Your role with us:

You will develop and execute retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS. You will also create compelling copy and messaging that connects with customers while reflecting cultural nuances unique to the German speaking region. You will focus on designing and optimising campaigns that engage customers at every stage of the lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of improving retention and long-term customer value.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate all German speaking communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the German speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as support the company vision to launch into new markets.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyse results of email and SMS campaigns, including completing weekly and monthly KPI reports.

What you will bring:

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management within the online casino space.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.
  • Retention marketing knowledge.
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
