Project Manager - Office Relocation (10-month FTC)

Your role with us
At the intersection of project delivery, workplace experience and organisational change, you’ll bring clarity to a large-scale, cross-functional relocation. Coordinating vendors, timelines and stakeholders, you’ll ensure a smooth transition while managing logistics, communications and change strategies. This fixed-term role offers the chance to help create a vibrant, collaborative workspace that reflects Easygo’s culture and sets the tone for how teams connect, collaborate and thrive in their new environment.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office. It’s a 10-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend, offering the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

Relocation Planning & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end relocation strategy, including timelines, milestones and contingency planning.
  • Select, manage and coordinate vendors such as movers, architects and facilities teams.
  • Oversee logistics, budgeting and the physical transfer of furniture, equipment and assets.
  • Ensure the new workspace is fully operational on day one, covering health, safety and desk availability.

Workplace Experience & Change Management

  • Define and implement change management initiatives, creating a clear “why” narrative and WIFM for teams.
  • Respond to office-related enquiries to reduce anxiety and resistance across the business.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure the new space supports company culture and employee engagement.
  • Plan culture transition initiatives, including welcoming activities and “new space” programs.
  • Support existing offices, including restoration to meet landlord requirements.

Operational Excellence & Post-Move Review

  • Establish feedback channels (surveys, town halls) to gather employee input.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues immediately post-move.
  • Evaluate relocation impact on operational efficiency and staff satisfaction.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end and post-move corporate relocations at a large scale (1000 employees)
  • Experience with facilities management or workplace operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams through significant workplace changes.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build, lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and adhere to detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate transparently and build trust.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
  • Can manage multiple stakeholders, using a data-driven judgment to inform or support decision-making across key leaders
