You will work closely with our various in-house teams to develop and execute strategies that drive innovation, expand our platform, and shape the future of Kick’s content.

What you will do:

• Serve as the primary contact for partners across programming, marketing and finance, managing activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments and reporting.
• Implement partner hand-off after deal completion and collaborate with partners to build account plans that support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
• Manage onboarding of new channel partners, including channel setup, content ingestion and publishing processes, and training partners on dashboard and CMS features.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities for partners by coordinating with Ad Sales teams.
• Log and track partner account status in Kick’s backend, regularly reporting metrics against established partnership goals.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for newly onboarded partners.
• Collaborate with Product teams to identify new products (e.g. Extensions, Co-streaming with Kick influencers) that enhance partner content and audience engagement on Kick.

What you will bring:

• Strong understanding of Thai culture and a passion for the Thai streaming industry.
• Native-level fluency in Thai, both verbal and written.
• 1-2 years’ experience in strategic account management or relevant client relations.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Discord
