Your role with us:
You will be the go-to expert for remuneration, role analysis, benefits and recognition, bringing consistency and confidence to complex work across the function. Ownership sits with the day-to-day execution of our reward approach, while also helping shape its future direction as a thought partner to the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent. As we expand into new markets, you’ll contribute to our global reward strategy by combining best-practice thinking with local nuance, using insight and analysis to guide direction.

What you will do:
- Own BAU job grading using AON methodology, ensuring consistency across the organisation
- Act as the subject matter expert on job grading, market developments and methodology updates
- Guide HRBPs and leaders through levelling conversations to ensure consistent, well-reasoned outcomes
- Support two annual remuneration cycles (full and out-of-cycle), delivering strong analytical input and clear recommendations
- Manage market benchmarking and translate outputs into actionable insights
- Contribute to the evolution of Easygo’s reward strategy as the business expands globally, balancing best practice with local nuance
- Act as a thought partner to the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent, shaping reward direction through insight and analysis
- Lead the development of benefits in the primary market to support a scalable global foundation
- Evolve recognition practices to ensure cultural alignment and consistency across the business
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated reward role with strong remuneration expertise
- Hands-on AON job grading experience is essential
- Strong analytical capability with experience in market benchmarking, data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations
- Experience supporting end-to-end remuneration review cycles, including data management, modelling and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs, Finance, senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to move between detailed execution and broader strategic thinking as required
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into clear insight and impact
Bonus points if you also have:
- Exposure to global or multi-region reward design and implementation
- Experience in tech, gaming, entertainment or high-growth scale-up environments
- Ability to flex between hands-on delivery and broader strategic contribution depending on context
