The Role

To help us continue our mission of helping people-centered organizations create safe and inclusive workplaces, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Small Business Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to our Sales Director, the ideal candidate will be a key player in driving new business, responsible for sourcing and closing opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of quarterly sales quotas.

What You’ll Do:

  • New Business Development:
    • Source up to 75% and close new business opportunities to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
    • Identify and engage potential small business clients through targeted outreach and effective sales strategies, using a modern sales tech stack
    • Expected to make at minimum 25 outbound calls daily
  • Product Understanding:
    • Build a comprehensive understanding of the EasyLlama product, its features, and its value proposition.
    • Effectively communicate the product's benefits to potential clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting for new customers to closing deals.
    • Host online demonstrations to showcase the EasyLlama product and its capabilities.
    • Create customized proposals to address the unique needs of small business clients.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Manage a pipeline of roughly 40 opportunities per month and close 20 opportunities on a monthly basis.
    • Practice accurate pipeline management, maintaining a clear and up-to-date view of all sales opportunities.
    • Provide detailed and precise forecasting to support resource allocation.
  • Collaboration with Support and Success Teams:
    • Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure effective communication of client issues.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably with a high velocity sales cycle
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, startup experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Take ownership of your assigned territory
  • Internally motivated and aspirational
  • Highly organized and excellent at time management
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations

How We'll Take Care of You:

  • $65,000 to $70,000 base compensation, $105,000 to $110,000 OTE
