The Role
What You’ll Do:
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll own and drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across EasyLlama’s customer segments—SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and scale marketing programs that deliver measurable growth. You'll work with key collaborators in Sales, Product Management, and Customer Experience.
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies tailored to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audiences, balancing automated and high-touch approaches to maximize pipeline growth.
- Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) by engaging customers at every stage of their journey.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Implement robust testing agendas (A/B tests, campaign optimizations) to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategies, improving acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI.
- Channel Strategy & Optimization: Manage and optimize current channels (paid search, paid social, email, organic) while identifying and scaling new channels for acquisition and retention.
- Landing Page & Conversion Optimization: Oversee website conversion paths and landing pages to ensure maximum effectiveness in turning traffic into leads and customers.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Work with analytics to track, measure, and communicate marketing performance, including key metrics like CAC, CLV, retention rate, churn rate, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with sales, product, and CX teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives, particularly in achieving sales enablement and customer success outcomes.
- Marketing Operations & Tools: Build a foundation of marketing tools, workflows, and automation systems to drive efficiency and enhance insights.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability in pursuit of ambitious growth goals.
Who You Are:
You’re a creative thinker and data enthusiast with a proven ability to turn ideas into measurable results. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for growth, experimentation, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Growth Marketing Expertise: 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and driving measurable growth across the customer journey.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced skills in using analytics, A/B testing, and marketing attribution to inform strategies and optimize campaigns for key growth metrics like CAC, CLV, and retention rates.
- Channel Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and marketing automation.
- Lifecycle Marketing Skills: Proven ability to design and implement campaigns that activate, engage, and retain customers across distinct segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
- Collaborative Leader: Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of working cross-functionally with sales, product, and CX teams to align on shared objectives.
- Marketing Operations Mastery: Demonstrated ability to implement and scale marketing tools, workflows, and processes that drive operational efficiency and ROI tracking.
- Team Builder: Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performance marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Able to craft strategies that balance creative vision with tactical execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

How We'll Take Care of You
- $135,000 to $180,000 (annual salary + bonus)
