As Payroll and Global Mobility Senior Analyst, your mission will be ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries while supporting global mobility initiatives. The role focuses on process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy, while it is necessary to have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, including compliance with local and international tax and labor regulations.
  • Manage global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support.
  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
  • Support internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, relocation, benefits, and compliance issues.

Main requirements for this position:

 

  • Fluent in English;
  • Previous experience with Payroll, Benefits or Global Mobility operations;
  • Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused;
  • Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals;
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Spanish / Portuguese is a nice to have.
