We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Learning and Development Specialist to take the lead in designing and executing our L&D strategy from the ground up. You will play a critical role in shaping the skills of the future, building scalable development experiences, and boosting engagement through our LMS. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and business-critical stakeholders across commercial, tech, and HR teams.
You will also be responsible for:
- Lead the diagnosis of skills gaps across the organization
- Design and implement a company-wide Learning Plan
- Build and run Leadership Development Programs (including mentoring, coaching, etc.)
- Map learner personas to personalize development journeys
- Create and curate engaging learning content across platforms and formats
- Manage the LMS, ensuring strong adoption, engagement and continuous improvement
- Set up sustainable governance for training content and programs
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams
Main requirements for this position:
- Proven experience in managing LMS platforms
- Strong skills in content design and curation
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and 70-20-10 model
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Experience in facilitating live training sessions and tracking ROI/impact
