We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Learning and Development Specialist to take the lead in designing and executing our L&D strategy from the ground up. You will play a critical role in shaping the skills of the future, building scalable development experiences, and boosting engagement through our LMS. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and business-critical stakeholders across commercial, tech, and HR teams.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Lead the diagnosis of skills gaps across the organization
  • Design and implement a company-wide Learning Plan
  • Build and run Leadership Development Programs (including mentoring, coaching, etc.)
  • Map learner personas to personalize development journeys
  • Create and curate engaging learning content across platforms and formats
  • Manage the LMS, ensuring strong adoption, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Set up sustainable governance for training content and programs
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams

Main requirements for this position:

  • Proven experience in managing LMS platforms
  • Strong skills in content design and curation
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and 70-20-10 model
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Experience in facilitating live training sessions and tracking ROI/impact
