Our platform connects leading global companies to more than 1 billion consumers, enabling seamless cross-border payments where it matters most. We build with purpose, move with speed, and create solutions that are both innovative and inclusive.

If you’re looking to be part of a company that’s transforming the future of payments with clarity, ambition, and real-world impact — we’d love to meet you.

In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals.

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our Financial Products team. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end product strategy and collaborate closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial, and other teams to deliver frictionless, scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenues.

Your day-to-day impact:

  • Own the vision & strategy — Define and communicate a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions, ensuring every decision aligns with company OKRs and drives sustainable growth;
  • Shape world-class products — Convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specs, guiding features from concept to launch with a focus on quality and scalability;
  • Champion customer & business understanding — Dive deep into merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and EBANX economics to uncover opportunities that unlock new revenue streams;
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams around complex projects, remove blockers, and keep all stakeholders engaged;
  • Translate strategy into execution — Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balance tech debt versus new features, and track delivery against clear success metrics;
  • Own the roadmap — Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap; regularly update priorities based on impact and steer the organization through each milestone to timely completion;

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Product track record — Shipped and scaled revenue-generating financial products;
  • Payments & fintech experience — Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions;
  • End-to-end ownership — Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing long-term vision with daily execution;
  • Strategic + tactical execution — Equally comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments;
  • Stakeholder influence — Success aligning Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, and executive leadership around shared goals and trade-offs;
  • Bias for action & accountability — Strong sense of urgency and ownership;
  • English Proficiency — Fluent written and spoken English; able to craft clear narratives and persuade diverse audiences—from developers to C-level;
  • Business acumen — Skilled at building business cases, modeling impact, and telling stories that drive change;

Bonus points if you have:

  • A relevant degree — Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
  • Spanish proficiency — Professional fluency that enables seamless collaboration across Latin America;
  • Regional payments expertise — Hands-on work with Latin-American or other regional payment rails and schemes;
  • Treasury & liquidity know-how — Experience with treasury management systems, liquidity optimization, and FX solutions;
  • Regulatory & tax frameworks — Working knowledge of central-bank regulations, tax requirements, and similar compliance frameworks.

EBANX offers:
