We are searching for a Senior Administrative Analyst who will be responsible for supporting teams in Uruguay and Argentina on important operational tasks driving business efficiency. This includes, but is not limited to: managing administrative duties, local campaigns, monitoring fees, benchmarking local data via local relationships and market intel. It is important to have a solid background in the financial, payments, eCommerce and tech industries; and proven established relationships within the local payments ecosystems.
Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

Own administrative tasks: support invoice processing, purchasing processes, vendor payments, coworking bookings, vacation trackers, expenses, sending legal agreements templates and NDA's, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth local and financial operations;

Ensure operational process flows and SLAs are correctly set up and instituted with local partners;

Monitor fees (e.g., chargeback, retry), manage cost inputs in internal databases, support merchant category code (MCC) validation and value added costs;

Support compliance with card scheme and regulatory mandates, track scheme rules, create follow-up action plans with Product/Regulatory, ensuring EBANX and merchant readiness for new mandates and changes;

Manage and support marketing campaigns with local providers / partners, global merchants, and internal stakeholders;

Support Country Managers with street intel (product, regulatory, performance), leveraging strong local relationships with partners and providers.
What’s mandatory:

Native Spanish and Advanced English. Portuguese is a plus.

Based in Montevideo or Buenos Aires, open to remote and hybrid work environments.

Solid background in the financial, payments, eCommerce, or tech industry.

Proven experience working in project groups within the financial/payments sector, in regional and/or global environments.

Resourceful, dependable, and results-driven.

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and actionable plans.

Strong prioritization skills and ability to maintain structure under pressure.

Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment.

Strong local market network in payments, with the ability to leverage these relationships to obtain market intelligence.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Must be highly hands-on, flexible, and proactive — a true problem-solver who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets and projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a clear and effective team player.
