Events Mid Analyst

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional event experiences? We are looking for a proactive and driven Event Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role will support the execution of our global events and tradeshows strategy, working closely with the Event Coordinator and the wider marketing team.

As Event Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless event operations, accurate tracking, and strong execution of initiatives that drive EBANX’s brand and business growth.


Your day-to-day impact:

Event Operations & Logistics

  • Support the Event Coordinator in end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events and tradeshows.

  • Handle event logistics such as vendor coordination, shipping, catering, AV setup, booth management, and branded materials.

  • Manage attendee lists, registration, and communications.

  • Ensure deadlines are met for assets, deliverables, and onsite production.

Onsite Support

  • Be a point of contact during events, supporting staff, vendors, and guests.

  • Oversee setup, run-of-show execution, and breakdown.

  • Ensure EBANX’s booth and activations deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience.

Procurement & Budget Tracking

  • Assist with vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and compliance processes.

  • Support budget tracking to ensure costs remain aligned with forecasts.

Reporting & Data

  • Track event performance: MQLs generated, attendance, engagement, and costs.

  • Collect and consolidate data to build post-event reports and dashboards.

  • Provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness in future events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand/Comms, Growth, PMM, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure alignment.

  • Support integration of events into broader campaigns.

  • Contribute to pre-event internal briefings and post-event follow-ups.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

  • Professional experience in global events.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools such as Monday.com, and event platforms.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with B2B events and tradeshows (Money20/20, NRF, MRC, Shoptalk).

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com or similar CRM/marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with procurement and budget management processes.

  • Creativity in designing booth experiences, activations, and swags.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or related field.
