Our Commercial team is responsible for connecting merchants who are reshaping the most promising markets around the world. From prospecting to long-term relationship management, we ensure every partner grows with us and achieves consistent results.

Your day-to-day impact:

Assist in the planning, creation, and deployment of centralized communications for sales teams, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information;

Support the management of LMS engagement, promoting content utilization and tracking user activity;

Provide logistical and organizational support for sales conventions, internal meetings, and other commercial events;
-
Assist in the communication and tracking of sales incentives and career path programs, working closely with People and Sales & Performance teams;

Gather feedback from sales teams to identify communication effectiveness and areas for improvement;

Support the creation of engaging content for various internal communication channels, including internal newsletters and presentations;

Maintain an organized repository of all sales communications and related materials;

Lead technical projects to enhance sales team efficiency, such as improving the visual interface of the pricing tool.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
-
Experience in Communications, Marketing, or an Administrative role — ideally supporting Sales Teams;
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities;
-
Experience with content creation for internal audiences (e.g., presentations, newsletters);
-
Strong organizational and event support skills;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus points if you have:

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS);

Experience running end-to-end communication campaigns using email marketing tools (Mailchimp or HubSpot);

Knowledge of AI tools and fundamentals;
-
Creative and proactive approach to engagement and communication;

Adaptability and curiosity to learn new tools and processes.
