What your day-to-day will look like
- Craft and refine EBANX’s product positioning across markets, verticals, and payment methods, based on real market and product insights.
- Turn complex solutions into compelling, value-driven narratives and enablement content for commercial teams.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ offering, and positioning to shape EBANX’s unique value proposition across products and markets.
- Act as a strategic connector between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams, ensuring that market and customer insights directly inform roadmap and positioning.
What you need to shine in this role
- Proven ability to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies based on market and customer insights;
- Strong communication skills to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives;
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams;
- Data-driven mindset, with a strategic view and hands-on attitude;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead projects in a fast-paced, global environment;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in the payments industry or digital commerce;
- Familiarity with product management or working closely with product teams;
- Experience building merchant-facing materials and collaborating with sales teams.
