At EBANX’s Commercial team, you don’t just close deals. You connect merchants who are transforming the most promising emerging markets in the world. Every negotiation and partnership built has a direct impact on our clients’ growth and on EBANX’s expansion, combining strategy, relationships, and collaboration to make our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Support the Commercial team with deals strategy and negotiations.

  • Develop pricing analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and market tendencies.

  • Monitor pricing strategy, proposing adjustments based on data and performance.

  • Support internal areas with analytical insights that contribute to commercial and operational decisions.

What you need to shine in this role

  • Solid experience in Pricing and/or Revenue Management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — ability to interact with global teams and advisors.

  • Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in digital / fintech / payments or cross-border business models.

  • Fluent Spanish.

  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to drive independent deep-dive analysis.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
