What your day-to-day will look like
- Owning end-to-end hiring for strategic Engineering, Product, Data, and other Tech roles across multiple geographies;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and executive stakeholders throughout the hiring process;
- Partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities and growth objectives;
- Building high-caliber talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and consultative talent attraction strategies;
- Driving calibrated hiring processes with strong quality standards, business alignment, and operational excellence;
- Bringing talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and external perspectives into hiring discussions and decision-making;
- Influencing hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations, structured assessments, and strategic talent insights;
- Elevating candidate experience while balancing hiring speed, quality, and scalability;
- Continuously improving recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced global environment.
What you need to shine in this role
- Strong experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, and other strategic Tech roles in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environments;
- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms, talent communities, and outbound recruiting strategies;
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Data organizations;
- Experience navigating complex and highly competitive talent markets with strong quality and speed standards;
- Ability to assess talent beyond keywords, understanding technical depth, business impact, and organizational fit;
- Strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and consultative stakeholder management;
- Experience influencing hiring decisions through data, talent intelligence, and market insights;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies;
- Experience hiring globally across LATAM, US, or APAC;
- Experience supporting executive or senior-level Tech hiring initiatives;
- Experience hiring across domains such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data, AI/ML, Platform Engineering, Product, or Engineering Leadership.
