What your day-to-day will look like

• Design and implement EBANX’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including governance structures, risk taxonomy, and risk appetite definitions;
• Lead key enterprise risk programs such as Incident Management, Issue Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management;
• Develop risk reporting for ELT and the Board, translating risk exposure into actionable insights for decision-making;
• Partner closely with Product, Tech, Operations, Commercial, and Compliance teams to embed risk management into strategic and operational initiatives;
• Support EBANX’s growth and market expansion by conducting risk assessments and monitoring emerging risks across different markets.

What you need to shine in this role

• Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management within fintechs, financial institutions, payments companies, or highly regulated environments;
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, governance, incident management, third-party risk, and business continuity frameworks;
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence cross-functional stakeholders;
• Hands-on profile with the ability to structure processes and frameworks from the ground up;
• Fluent English.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in fast-growing fintechs, payments companies, or global technology-driven organisations;
• Spanish proficiency;
• Experience with innovation initiatives, automation projects, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions;
• Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, NIST, or COBIT.
