What your day-to-day will look like
- Update daily balances and bank statements.
- Execute Accounts Payable/Receivable and Treasury routines under supervision.
- Perform uploads and standardized routines (SAP, files, reports, support to other teams, etc.).
- Support the monthly closing process (data preparation, ERP postings).
- Prepare documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports.
- Manage your own banking access permissions.
- Execute existing automations and report system instabilities.
- Continuously seek improvements in team processes.
What you need to shine in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Previous experience in regional or global environments.
- Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools.
- Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools applied to productivity, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Partial mastery of technical knowledge in the area, with the ability to apply concepts in projects and analyses.
- Experience using specialized (approved) tools for data analysis and visualization in medium-complexity projects or activities.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Intermediate English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of Alteryx.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Proactive learning mindset and attention to detail.
- Curiosity to learn about the payments industry.
- Ability to perform high-volume tasks with accuracy (high precision in reconciliations).
