Financial Reconciliation JR Analyst (LATAM)

What your day-to-day will look like

• Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies; Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues;
• Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues;
• Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes;
• Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System;
• Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems; Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue).

 

 

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;
• Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish;
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Knowledge of acquirers is a plus; 

 

 

Nice-to-have qualifications

• SQL knowledge;
• Data Driven;
• Dashboards and Reporting Skills.
