About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to help drive efficient project execution from start to finish. This hybrid role is primarily focused on project coordination, with additional responsibilities supporting warehousing and inventory to ensure our field teams have what they need to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of the project
- Track project milestones, schedules, tasks, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and task updates in Q360
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, permits, change orders, and close‑out packages
- Assist with O&M manuals and required billing tasks
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely material delivery to job sites
- Attend project kickoff and progress meetings
- Maintain communication with customers, internal teams, and field technicians
- Support quality checks through site walks or virtual inspections
- Help anticipate project risks and assist in resolution planning
Warehouse Support
- Pull, stage, label, and organize materials for projects
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and accuracy of equipment
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Prepare shipments and assist with outgoing materials as needed
- Maintain clean, organized staging and warehouse areas
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack or forklift if certified)
What You Bring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret scopes of work and project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Q360 experience is a plus
- Customer‑focused mindset and solution‑oriented approach
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Basic warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional warehouse tasks
- Valid driver’s license required
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of project coordination, customer service, or operational support
- Experience in construction, low‑voltage, installation, or technical projects preferred
- OSHA training a plus
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Environment
- Mix of office and warehouse work
- Occasional travel to job sites (up to 15%)
- Includes standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed
