Echodyne is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
Echodyne is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive the strategy, tools, and day-to-day execution that support our global sales team, with an emphasis on building scalable processes for a high-growth company.
The ideal candidate has experience in a high-growth engineering company, supporting a Global Sales Operations team and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance on complex GTM strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help manage complex pricing scenarios to ensure margins, discounts, and revenue align with business goals.
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership using advanced BI tools and custom dashboards.
- Develop and maintain systems in Salesforce to ensure data quality, manage sales territories, and support accurate forecasting.
- Drive automation and integration across order management, quote generation, and post-sale support.
- Support GTM infrastructure for hardware products in complex regulatory environments.
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning.
- Early morning hours will be required to support international teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 or more years of Sales Operations experience
- Experience in an engineering company supporting technical sales teams.
- Demonstrated success scaling Salesforce across global teams.
- Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced reporting skills using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Track record of building sales infrastructure to support multimillion-dollar global hardware deployments.
- Expertise in analyzing and optimizing pricing models for complex sales engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $155,000 annually.
