Eclipse Trading is one of Asia's leading proprietary derivatives trading firms. Founded in 2007, we have over 100 employees across 4 office locations – Hong Kong (our HQ), Sydney, Shanghai and Chicago. Our trading expertise and strategies are deployed across several markets globally, focusing on various products including equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodity derivatives, and cryptocurrency. We are active looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Administrative Assistant based in our Shanghai Office. This is an onsite role which will report to the Senior Business Development Manager who is based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform all rounded administrative duties to support the operation of the Shanghai office
• Daily office, banking and accounts payable activities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and resolving any issues in a prompt and efficient manner
• Support and assist the Senior Business Development Manager and Middle Office, Finance and HR team with other various ad-hoc duties as required.

What you offer

• University graduate or equivalent degree (business degree is a plus)
• At least 1 year relevant experience in providing office administrative support
• Can do attitude with ability to drive forward initiatives
• Independent, mature and reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
