Position Details:

Data drives our business–when you join the ecoATM Planning & Analytics team, you would take on a crucial role in analyzing and synthesizing our data in meaningful and insightful ways to drive results. 

We are seeking a talented, self-starter Director, Data Analytics, in a position that proactively drives the growth of ecoATM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of models, initiatives and programs that result in measurably improved performance results from a broad spectrum of areas, including kiosk network performance, growth initiative business cases, digital and online programs, and opportunities across critical, third party vendor workstreams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a candidate who has demonstrated results identifying patterns, trends, and correlations of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive growth. As a key member of Analytics team, you will:

  • Leverage various data mining, statistical and analytical modeling techniques to make data-driven decisions that achieve stated performance goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to execute on recommendations derived from analysis
  • Identify ideal market segments and growth opportunities through extensive research and analysis of industry trends, competitor behavior, and consumer reactions to programs
  • Recommend and initiate testing programs that enhance the ability to quantify the impact of key initiatives and drivers
  • Align with the business intelligence team on the roadmap to deliver timely and accurate information through a scalable tech stack and centralized reporting function
  • Provide continuous forecasts with a deep understanding of the key drivers of future performance and their evolvement over time
  • Articulate and present issues clearly and thoroughly to leadership
  • Develop and manage KPI’s to measure effectiveness and outcomes of pricing actions 
  • Partner with executive level sales, operations, and finance leadership to deliver financial outcomes and operational objectives  
  • Forecast brand profitability based on pricing strategies, industry trends and competition  
  • Work across the organization to provide analytical pricing structures  
  • Develop pricing expertise with our current systems and develop tools to enhance our execution of our pricing strategies by developing surrounding processes, owners, timelines, and reporting  

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, math, computer science, or similar discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8 plus years of experience in analytics, data mining, data analysis, or similar field
  • Experience in related field including consumer pricing or customer management  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Highly motivated, adept strategist capable of operating at a fast pace, independently organizing and analyzing large data sets in a timely manner 
  • Proven, practical success working with various data types, both structured and unstructured, experience leveraging SQL, R, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated success in an omni-channel business, driving revenue and profitability through leading business performance enhancement through strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven inquisitiveness and ease in navigating extensive datasets even when operational insights are not readily evident
  • Experience building business case rationale for new growth initiatives

$185,000 - $210,000*

This position is also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
