Position Overview: The Supervisor, Remanufacturing and Commissioning will be responsible for all day-to-day activities in
remanufacturing of kiosks, shipping and receiving along with failure analysis of parts and components
leaving the ecoATM facility. The Reman supervisor will be responsible for conducting the team and supplying
the necessary tools and skills for each station in the Remanufacturing lab. Effective communication
between multiple departments is necessary for the success of this department to run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of
all areas, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and
procedures.
• Meets regularly with key company members to discuss interdepartmental issues and key projects
• Maintaining a steady supply of tools for all employees to be operating at maximum efficiency.
• Supervise day to day activities to meet the deadlines of the company
• Assist with documenting processes and procedures
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous Supervisor experience preferred
• Technical certifications a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Extensive ecoATM kiosk knowledge spawning multiple generations of kiosks and configurations
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, ever changing, high volume environment
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to the business needs
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
• Basic understanding of PC Hardware and Windows
• Ability to Lift 75 pounds
• Familiar with Cencon, Salesforce, CHEF and other propriety ecoATM software
• Basic Shipping and receiving knowledge
Business Travel
• Infrequent; depends on business need
Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000 + Bonus and LTIP
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
