Position Overview
The Staff Product Manager will drive disruptive innovation within our forward and reverse logistics, warehouse, device processing, fulfillment, and b2b sales processes. By collaborating with internal and external customers and stakeholders, leveraging market research and industry experience, and developing business cases, this leader will develop and execute the vision and roadmap for the supply chain. The Staff Product Manager is responsible for leading all phases of the product development lifecycle in order to deliver initiatives, features, and systems that drive competitive advantage, scalability, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products and systems that drive ecoATM’s supply chain
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and relentlessly prioritize the product roadmap
- Lead initiatives and cross functional teams that include operations, sales, accounting, legal, and product development through all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Deliver measurable business impact on company objectives
- Ensure all product details (i.e., PRDs, UI/UX, workflows, release plans, training, etc.) are clearly documented and communicated
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain systems and processes
- Manage implementations, integrations, and relationships with external partners
- Travel to warehouse and processing locations to deeply understand systems and processes, build relationships, and manage implementations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field
- 7+ years of product management experience in supply chain, logistics, or related software domain
- Ability to make tradeoffs and prioritize in a resource constrained environment
- Stong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large sets of data (i.e., SQL)
- Experience developing and presenting business cases to executive leadership
- Experience working in high velocity Agile teams with software engineers, UI/UX and QA taking ownership of translating product roadmaps to epics and user stories
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development environment
- Knowlege of WMS, ERP, order management, and related systems
- Familiarity with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar tools required
- Must have startup, hyper growth experience
- Proven experience owning the full product life cycle and roadmap
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of success
- Understanding of mobile industry (a plus)

Pay Range
$157,500 - $192,500 (annually)
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
