Overview: The Operations Supervisor will support the leadership of the Louisville, KY processing center where electronics such as smartphones and tablets are received, inspected, and prepared for shipment to our resale partners. The Operations Supervisor will provide daily direction for up to 25 staff that are processing inbound shipments. Efficiently managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the processing center is critical to EcoATM's success, and we are committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of 15-25 staff, including:
- Pickers, Packers & Shipping, and general Warehouse staff.

Receiving and Inspection:
- Supervise the Receiving and Inspections center with responsibility for:
- Testing cell phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices.
- Determining the condition and functionality of items using a detailed process and checklist.
- Entering information about the devices on computerized screens.

Operational Efficiency:
- Supervise the line to meet required schedules, efficiency, and quality goals.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve workflow, identify and lead cost improvement efficiencies, and improve quality of work.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team to ensure maximum performance.
- Review the performance of individuals and the team.

Safety and Reporting:
- Support the development of safety and environmental policies and ensure procedures are followed accordingly.
- Provide detailed inventory and performance reporting.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or staff leadership role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrates complex analytical ability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in increasing revenue, driving customer satisfaction, and/or improving efficiency in a warehouse/inventory management setting.
- Ability to develop and lead staff performance to meet activity and quality goals.
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Attentive to safety regulations and works to ensure a safe working environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities by embodying company values (communication, humility, accountability, integrity, respect, dedication) and holding team members accountable for performance.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Manual dexterity necessary to operate smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Visual acuity necessary to inspect electronic equipment.
- Perform the above-mentioned tasks in a variety of temperature conditions.
Additional Information:
- Processing Center is located in the Riverport area and is in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Flexible schedules are required as non-peak operations are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, plus occasional weekends. Seasonal Peaks run a second shift.

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay range: $51,000 - $64,000 + Bonus
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
