The CRM Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to build a top-notch CRM program in an already scaled company with a large and profitable customer base. The company sees CRM as a meaningful growth driver for 2025 and beyond, and the CRM Marketing Manager will be able to both find low hanging fruit opportunities and shape the vision of how CRM drives the business into the future. This role will provide both the opportunity to get involved in technical details as well as longer term strategic thinking.

This hire must be a self-starter who is excited by endless opportunities but structured enough to prioritize which to go after. Technical channel expertise will be key, but brainstorming and strategizing customer journeys will be equally important. The ideal candidate loves to put themselves in the customers’ shoes, develop hypotheses to make their journeys better, and test those hypotheses with well structured experiments. And when results are found, they are happy to work cross functionally to implement the right changes.

EcoATM is a fast-paced environment. The marketing team is a small and nimble team within a large private equity backed organization. A candidate with an ownership mentality and a desire to grow will find a lot of success here.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and report on KPIs including email and SMS list growth and churn rates, transactions, site traffic, customer retention and LTV

· Improve CRM KPIs through always-on iterative A/B testing

· Develop an audience segmentation strategy to increase engagement through targeted messaging

· Understand and outline the various marketing user journeys that exist in our customer base

· Manage and optimize existing transactional messages and user flows including welcome series and referral campaigns as well as content and promotional marketing campaigns

· Work alongside product and brand marketing teams to ensure clear messaging, brand cohesion and smooth user experiences onsite and at our kiosks

· Bring a point of view on top ESPs and CDPs to work with and potentially integrate with; project manage any new integrations

· Manage our CRM agency relationship to deliver on our objectives

 

Education & Experience:

· BS/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant field; MS/MA a plus

· Minimum 3 years of CRM marketing experience

· Experience working within email platforms and with ESPs

· Keen understanding of customer segmentation, some level of SQL and experience with CDPs a plus

· Knowledge of A/B experimentation best practices in CRM channels

· Lightweight HTML and CSS skills

· Ability to forecast and report on KPIs, strong abilities in Excel/Google Sheets

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Understands the CRM ecosystem intimately (ESPs, CDPs, SMS partners, etc), and the broader marketing space generally

· Self-starter and entrepreneurial. This person must be happy to drive their own strategy and projects.

· Always curious about our customers and business and how to improve the relationship between them.

· Makes progress by being thoughtful, not perfect. Not every decision has to be a winner. In fact, they shouldn’t be. But all decisions should have a reason to have been made in the first place.

· Opinionated but not stubborn. This person should have a POV on what would work best in their channels but be open to changing those perceptions with new data.

· Collaborative and comfortable working with and influencing product teams, marketing teams, and other internal teams.

· Strong attention to detail.

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)

$98,205 - $140,000 annually base salary 

* This position is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
