The Senior Maintenance and Facilities Technician is a vital team member responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of ecoATM's facilities and equipment. This position ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment by managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing facility-related needs. The Technician collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, providing technical expertise and support to enhance the functionality and sustainability of ecoATM’s spaces. With a strong focus on customer service, this role addresses the facility needs of employees while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities include:

Performing routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase facility efficiency.

Troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.

Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of supplies and materials for operational needs.

Conducting safety inspections to maintain compliance with regulations and promptly resolving issues.

Supporting the planning and execution of facility projects, including expansions and modifications.

Managing vendor relationships and evaluating performance to ensure quality services.

Promoting sustainable practices and contributing to process improvements for better efficiency.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance or a facilities-related role.

High School Diploma/GED required.

Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
