Position Overview: 

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for executing, tracking, and analyzing inventory transactions in our parts warehouse. They will oversee cycle count programs and use data to help develop processes, establish metrics, and track results to mitigate inventory variances. In addition, they will help to receive, pick, package, and ship parts daily.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Do physical counts and create reports to track results 
  • Use count results to identify root cause issues that will drive process optimization and accountability 
  • Unload trucks and receive material into inventory 
  • Pick, package and ship parts using Fed Ex Software 

 Education & Technical Experience 

  • High School Degree or GED required 
  • 1+ years of forklift experience required 
  • Familiarity with cycle count procedures 
  • ERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus 
  • Basic computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential 
  • Familiarity with dimensional drawings

  • Ability to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player 
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in-person 
  • Ability to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently 
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 

 Physical Requirement

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
  • Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

  
Location: Louisville, KY (onsite) 

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
