Overview:
The DDS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Direct Device Sourcing (DDS) operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing across multiple workflows. This role manages the end-to-end flow of incoming DDS orders, RMA returns, and Premium Wholesale Services (PWS) orders, while maintaining operational standards, equipment functionality, quality metrics, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of up to 20-35 Team Members.
- Supervise the complete processing of all incoming DDS orders.
- Oversee the receiving, processing, and documentation of RMA units, including those associated with Premium Wholesale Services (PWS).
- Ensure daily operational goals for throughput, quality, and service levels are met.
Equipment & Testing Management
- Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and functionality of automated testing equipment.
- Verify that testing machines are operating within expected tolerance ranges by reviewing pass/fail data and escalating discrepancies.
Data & Reporting
- Utilize basic Excel functions to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Analyze operational data to drive improvements in UPH, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate timesheets, schedules, and workforce documentation.
- Ensure product is routing to the correct inventory, with the test results at the proper yields and within SLA
Leadership & Team Management
- Directly supervise a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Monitor and coach team members on productivity (UPH), attendance, and quality performance.
- Provide timely feedback, conduct performance conversations, and support employee development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with local and remote leadership, warehouse teams, inventory control, and technology teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Communicate operational updates, risks, and improvement opportunities clearly and professionally.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 + years of experience in a supervisory or staff leadership role in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, filtering, pivoting, formulas preferred).
- Ability to understand, interpret, and act on operational data.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- Experience with timekeeping and workforce management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Lean methodology and continuous-improvement terminology.
- Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Inventory control knowledge or warehouse operations background.
Physical Requirement
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time
- Manual dexterity necessary to operate smart phones, tablets, and laptops
- Visual acuity necessary to inspect electronics equipment

Additional Information:
- Processing Center is located in the Riverport area and is in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Flexible schedules are required as non-peak operations are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, plus occasional weekends.

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay range: $51,000 - $64,000 + Bonus
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
