Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to drive the scalability of our Oracle EBS enterprise architecture. As we transition to R12.2.15 you will be responsible for building a high velocity operating environment that supports multi region expansion. Your expertise in subledger accounting and global enterprise structures will be the foundation upon which we will continue to evolve our API ready finance technology platform. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on configuration experience across cost management, item master, inventory and intercompany flow. You should have proven ability in leading enterprise-wide initiatives in multi-currency and multi-region environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Structures & Operating Units
- Design, implement, and maintain global legal entity, ledger, operating unit, and inventory organization structures in Oracle EBS R12.1.3 / R12.2.15
- Architect and govern multi-org access control (MOAC) and MO, security profiles across complex multi entity environments
- Optimize enterprise setups to support multi-org, multi-currency, and regional compliance requirements
- Establish and enforce global configuration governance, standards, and change control for enterprise structures
Financial Integrations (AP/AR/GL/SLA)
- Interorg and intercompany transfers and accounting processes
- Monthly forecast and budget roles
- Month and year end close activities
- Ensure alignment across GL, SLA, AME and accounting rules to maintain subledger balance
Costing and Subledger Accounting
- Configure and support average costing methodologies
- Ensure seamless inventory transactions between SLA and GL
- Diagnose and resolve cost variance, transaction errors and inventory valuation issues
Inventory and Order Management
- Lead functional configuration and optimization of
- Inventory Organizations
- Subinventories and Locators
- Picking and Put-Away rules
- Lot and Serial controls
- Item Master structures, templates, and attributes
- Advanced Pricing and Order Management flows
- Ensure inventory design supports operational efficiency, traceability, and accurate financial valuation
Project Delivery & Enhancements
- Lead functional designs, testing (SIT/UAT), training, cutover planning, and support
- Drive improvements around transaction accuracy, inventory close cycle time, and accounting integrity
- Act as functional SME for integrations, data conversions, and cross-module impacts (INV/OM/PO/AP/AR)
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years functional experience with Oracle EBS R12.1.3/R12.2.15 (INV, Costing, BOM/WIP basics, OM/PO exposure)
- Extensive hands-on configuration of Operating Units, Inventory Organizations, and multi-org setups
- Deep experience with SLA, Cost Management, Intercompany/interorg flows, SLA rules and accounting impacts
- Strong understanding of period close processes, reconciliation, and audit requirements
- Excellent documentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and solution delivery leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience with financial modules
- SQL skills for troubleshooting (not a developer role, but analytical)
- Experience with global rollouts across multiple regions
- Knowledge of SOX and ITGC controls
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Agile development process utilizing Jira
- Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various locations
