Position Overview
The Senior ERP & Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager will lead the delivery and execution of enterprise application initiatives that support ecoATM’s finance, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and operational workflows.
This role is responsible for driving cross-functional delivery across Oracle EBS, warehouse management systems, enterprise integrations, and operational platforms while partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong ERP delivery leadership with operational systems expertise and the ability to drive large, cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment.
This role is focused on enterprise application delivery, operational enablement, and transformation initiatives rather than day-to-day infrastructure operations or platform administration.
ERP Program Delivery & Transformation (Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud Readiness)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS initiatives including upgrades, process improvements, integrations, and operational enhancements
• Drive functional delivery across Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cost Management modules
• Support ERP modernization and simplification initiatives to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to improve close processes, inventory controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting accuracy
• Support long-term Oracle Cloud / Fusion migration readiness and enterprise application transformation planning
• Oversee enterprise structure alignment including multi-org, multi-region, and multi-currency operational models
Warehouse & Operational Systems Delivery
- Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives supporting receiving, grading, refurbishment, fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Drive delivery and integration initiatives acrossDeposco WMS, operational processing systems, Oracle ERP, and third-party logistics platforms
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to optimize fulfillment workflows, inventory accuracy, traceability, and operational throughput
• Support operational scaling initiatives including inventory orchestration, warehouse automation, and cross-channel inventory management
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve process standardization and reduce operational complexity across supply chain platforms
Enterprise Integration & Systems Enablement
- Oversee enterprise application integration delivery across ERP, WMS, operational systems, kiosk platforms, and reporting environments
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams on enterprise integration strategy, standards, and scalability initiatives
• Coordinate delivery of middleware, API, and data integration initiatives across enterprise systems
• Lead data migration, cutover planning, and release coordination for large-scale system implementations and upgrades
• Ensure enterprise applications maintain strong operational reliability, scalability, and supportability
Program Leadership & Governance
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Technology leadership to align enterprise application initiatives with business priorities
• Lead cross-functional project teams including analysts, developers, implementation partners, and third-party vendors
• Facilitate executive program governance, steering discussions, risk reviews, and cross-functional decision-making forums
• Drive delivery accountability, program transparency, risk management, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Manage implementation partners and consulting vendors to ensure quality delivery and operational alignment
• Mentor and develop team members across delivery, business analysis, and enterprise application functions
Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain enterprise application governance processes including change management, release controls, documentation standards, and operational support frameworks
• Partner with Finance and Compliance teams to support SOX / ITGC controls, audit readiness, and operational compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, scalability, and process consistency across enterprise workflows
• Track and report delivery KPIs, operational improvements, inventory accuracy metrics, fulfillment performance, and business value realization
• Support technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives across enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading ERP or enterprise application delivery programs
- 5+ years in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Enterprise Applications leadership role
- Strong functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, SLA, Cost Management)
- Experience leading enterprise application implementations and integrations in operational or supply chain environments
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as Deposco, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and ERP process architecture
- Experience delivering programs in multi-site, multi-region, or high-volume operational environments
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, logistics, re-commerce, supply chain, or consumer electronics industries
• Oracle EBS R12.2 upgrade or re-implementation experience
• Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion planning or migration experience
• Experience supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, or fulfillment systems at scale
• Experience with enterprise modernization or operational transformation initiatives
• Experience with SOX / ITGC compliance and audit support processes
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, or OTBI
• Agile delivery experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications preferred
Business Travel (How much will you travel?)
20% - Monthly travel to either San Diego, CA or Louisville, KY

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)
$135-$175k + Bonus Potential

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
