Our Values and Leadership Behaviors

About the Role

Must be Local to the Chicago Metro Area

The In-Store Representative (ISR) manages the performance of ecoATM kiosks across a local territory of retail partner locations. You'll own the full kiosk experience — from building relationships with store management and ensuring machines run smoothly, to educating store staff, assisting customers, and serving as the face of the ecoATM brand in the field.

What You'll Do

Kiosk Operations & Maintenance

  • Conduct regular and on-demand store visits to ensure kiosks are optimally placed, clean, and fully operational; maintain daily logs of visits, issues found, and resolutions.
  • Maximize kiosk uptime by running test transactions, performing preventative maintenance and technical repairs, parts replacements, troubleshooting issues, and reporting deficiencies to internal teams using provided tools and parts.
  • Evaluate kiosk placement effectiveness within each store to ensure maximum customer visibility and ease of use; work with store management to secure optimal placement and resolve temporary issues.
  • Perform kiosk installations, relocations and removals at retail partner locations as directed.

Retail Partner Relationships

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store and location management through training, awareness building, and proactive problem-solving to ensure site compliance and maximize kiosk profitability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at new locations — introducing ecoATM, explaining the value of hosting our kiosks, documenting placements, and escalating any issues to internal teams.
  • Communicate placement issues, concerns, and recommendations to key account management and ISR leadership.

Customer Experience

  • Engage with and assist ecoATM customers directly at kiosks; report customer issues and concerns to internal teams.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer," sharing observations about customer experiences and impressions with internal teams.
  • Participate in customer engagement events at stores or other locations as directed.

Planning & Safety

  • Efficiently plan and schedule store visits using reporting tools and established policies.
  • Maintain awareness of site and driving safety, reporting any concerns to management immediately.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by leadership.

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of computers and consumer electronics, including familiarity with technical terminology and software systems.
