Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to work directly with Edged Infrastructure. The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations—including procurement, material planning, and logistics. This role ensures that materials and products move efficiently, cost‑effectively, and on schedule across the supply network.

Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
1. Supply Chain Planning & Operations
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies supporting new product launch goals.
- Lead material availability planning, procurement activities, and S&OP activities.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier production capacity and material availability meet forecast demand.
- Identify and resolve material bottlenecks to meet forecast demand.
- Planning digital tools and dashboards to manage workflows as needed.
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Collaborate, negotiate, and manage supply chain and logistics partners.
- Conduct virtual supplier reviews and work with the internal cross functional teams for supplier on board and qualifications.
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams, and monitor supplier lead times, capacity, and quality risks.
3. Logistics & Transportation
- Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics, routing, and freight optimization.
- Coordinate with carriers using digital communication and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Freight and logistic partners to ensure compliance with all transportation laws and import/export regulations.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Suppliers, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure new product launch
- Lead remote problem‑solving sessions for supply, logistic issues, and operational risks.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for new products, material changes, and product launches.
- Travel 25-30% of the time for on‑site visits required based on operational needs.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant supply chain, Procurement, or logistics experience.
- Experience managing procurement, supply chain materials, and transportation processes.
- Strong communication skills, especially in distributed work environments.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Experience optimizing global supply chains, procurement, and logistic flow.
- Experience tracking KPIs, Procurement spending, and freight cost.
- Experience preparing dashboards and monthly reports using digital analytics tools such as NetSuite ERP system.

Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Procurement
Location: United States (Remote) Travel 25-30% for on‑site visits required based on operational needs.
This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
Base Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000 USD
