JOB OVERVIEW:

Senior Account Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients and Account Executives.  They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response.  In this role, the Senior Account Manager will support Senior Executives in the administration of policies, coordination of billing/payment, processing applications and other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

 

LOCATION: HYBRID - This role must work in our Greenwood Village, CO office. Candidates can work from home up to five days every month, with the entire month of August being flexible.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • REQUIRED: Candidates with current commercial insurance industry experience, licensed in P&C. Strongly prefer candidates with at least 2-3+ years of experience working for a commercial insurance brokerage servicing middle market to large accounts. Real estate experience nice to have but not required.
  • MUST HAVE: Strong sense of urgency and thoroughness. This successful team handles large accounts for clients, so speed to respond while also being accurate is of the utmost importance.
  • Team players who are eager to learn and grow, and collaborate well with others.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):

  • Manage the activity for assigned accounts
  • Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client
  • Create schedules of insurance and proposals
  • Administer quarterly reporting and invoicing of locations added or removed from the schedule of values
  • Endorsement processing
  • Invoicing
  • Tracking client account balances and working with the accounting department to ensure prompt payment is executed
  • Set up new and renewal policies
  • Maintain current schedule and policy records in SAGE, our custom broking system
  • Manage day to day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions
  • Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents as needed
  • Support administration of program adjustments including dividend and audit adjustments
  • Contact clients and underwriters to obtain information for policy changes, renewals and endorsements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience.
  • Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills. 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree in Insurance or related field preferred but not required
  • P&C Brokers License preferred

 

COMPENSATION: 

The national average salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
