JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Video Producer to join our team. As a new position, this role is ideal for someone who combines expertise in video production, digital marketing, and YouTube strategy with a passion for storytelling. The Video Producer will manage the video production process—from pre- to post-production.
LOCATION: Remote
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- REQUIRED: Videographers with at least 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing, with experience leading and overseeing the video strategy - from pre to post-production. Must have Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro experience.
- REQUIRED: Expertise managing company YouTube channel - overseeing the content, optimizing content for better views, and analyzing YouTube data and reports.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the country, as needed, to shoot video of internal and external clients.
- Team player eager to further develop their video strategy skills with a growing team and company!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and websites.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement video content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and target audience.
- Video Platform Management: Oversee and maintain all video platforms and channels across the organization, including content planning, optimization, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Video Innovation: Lead innovation in video editing techniques and stay current with emerging trends to create visually compelling content that sets EPIC apart. Experiment with new editing styles, motion graphics, and visual effects while maintaining brand consistency and professional quality across all video outputs.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective content.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Required: 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Required: Expertise in YouTube strategy, including SEO, audience growth, and content optimization.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel across the United States, as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design and animation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics).
- Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing purposes is a plus
COMPENSATION:
The national average salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
