
Consumer Marketing Campaigns Manager

WHAT IS THE POSITION
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Consumer Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead and execute growth and lifecycle marketing strategies for Edmentum’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) offering, Apex Learning Virtual School. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, convert, and retain families and students. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, analytics, and sales to deliver scalable marketing programs that drive enrollment and engagement. This individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies to drive awareness, consideration, enrollment, and retention for Apex Learning Virtual School
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, paid media, social, content, and web—leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization
- Continually test & optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and conversions
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets aligned with key personas and customer journeys
- Use data and analytics to inform campaign planning, track performance, and iterate on tactics to improve ROI and key conversion metrics
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and trends; create monthly reports for marketing and executive teams that include, and analysis of current activity and future marketing recommendations based on trend data
- Coordinate campaign calendars and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of all marketing initiatives
- Implement best practices in database management to increase data integrity and market reach
- Stay current on DTC trends in the online learning space and recommend innovative approaches to increase market penetration and retention.
WHAT IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2C or DTC ecommerce environment
- Demonstrated success in growth and lifecycle marketing, with experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for education and innovation in online learning. Experience marketing to parents a plus

Pay range for this role:
$85,000 - $95,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
