What You’ll Do
As Director, Total Rewards, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Edmentum’s employee experience and driving our culture of excellence. You’ll lead a passionate team, champion innovative rewards strategies, and empower leaders across the organization to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and engagement.
In this role you will:
- Inspire and mentor the Total Rewards team to deliver best-in-class benefits, global payroll, and HR systems—making a real difference in the lives of our employees.
- Architect and evolve compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that set Edmentum apart in the market.
- Leverage data and insights to drive annual benchmarking, communicate trends, and influence strategic decisions at the highest levels.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to craft compelling offers and equity grants that attract and retain top talent.
- Lead quarterly incentive planning, collaborating with senior leaders to reward performance and drive results.
- Champion change management and cultural transformation, launching impactful projects that shape the future of our organization.
- Optimize HRIS and payroll systems for seamless operations and compliance across global teams.
- Take on new challenges and evolving responsibilities, always seeking ways to elevate our people and our business.
Who You Are
- You have extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits design, strategy, and compliance.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- You bring at least 5 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and lead a team to achieve departmental goals.
- You are skilled in strategy development and administration of compensation and benefits.
- You have experience scaling rewards functions to support business growth.
- You possess knowledge of federal, state, and global regulations affecting payroll and compensation.
- You are experienced in HR policy operationalization, compliance testing, and reporting.
- You are familiar with HRIS configuration, implementation, and reporting (ADP Lyric preferred).
- You are a strategic thinker with tactical execution and project management skills, able to manage complex projects.
- You communicate effectively, analyze data with advanced proficiency in Excel, and thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven, and collaborative environments.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$165,000 - $180,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
