What You’ll Do
Are you ready to lead and sell? As the Director, Specialized Markets at Edmentum, you’ll manage a talented team while personally driving sales growth in emerging markets. You’ll shape strategy, build innovative partnerships, and deliver measurable impact—both as a leader and a top performer. Your work will expand our reach, foster a culture of inclusion and excellence, and help transform learning for students everywhere.
In this role you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on specialized markets.
- Personally own and deliver on a specialized markets sales target.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in emerging and non-traditional markets.
- Collaborate across departments—Marketing, Product, and more—to drive market intelligence and advocate for innovative channels.
- Champion sales processes and reporting, driving operational excellence for your team and yourself.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance, ensuring alignment to key performance indicators and business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally to maximize impact and deliver scalable solutions that support Edmentum’s mission.
Who You Are
- You are an experienced sales professional with 3+ years in K–12 education or SaaS.
- You have a proven track record in both team leadership and individual sales execution.
- You are skilled at building multi-level relationships both internally and externally.
- You have exceptional presentation, communication, coaching, and management skills.
- You are experienced in matrixed sales environments or overlay roles.
- You connect solutions to student outcomes, educator impact, and district ROI.
- You demonstrate high integrity, ethics, and a deep commitment to Edmentum’s mission and values.
- You are willing to travel as needed to build relationships and drive growth.
- You have experience developing scalable sales playbooks and strategic plans.
- You are an inclusive, bias-free leader who thrives in dynamic environments and champions change.
- You have a talent for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
