What You’ll Do
- As a Partnership Manager Hybrid Inside, you’ll drive growth and impact by managing a defined territory, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to K-12 clients. In this role you will:
- Cultivate new and long-term customer relationships, identifying key contacts and conducting impactful meetings.
- Expand existing programs and add new implementations through strategic cross-selling of Edmentum’s full portfolio.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence high-level decision makers to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve ambitious objectives.
- Stay informed on funding options and market trends to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K-12 education.
- You bring at least two years of sales experience, including presentations and outreach.
- You are skilled in using CRM systems and managing client relationships.
- You possess strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- You are adept at articulating technical concepts and translating customer needs into solutions.
- You have a solid understanding of education and software markets.
- You excel at planning, organization, and multitasking.
- You are willing to travel within your territory.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
OTE is $150,000 - $160,000

Pay range for this role:
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
