What You’ll Do
As Director, Brand & Creative, you’ll be the architect of Edmentum’s brand presence and creative vision. You’ll lead bold strategies that elevate our identity, inspire confidence in our mission, and position us as a market leader in education innovation. In this role, you will:
- Define and execute transformative brand strategies that set new standards for excellence and differentiation.
- Lead creative direction with a focus on innovation and impact, ensuring every initiative reflects ambition and drives measurable results.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing creative team while orchestrating partnerships with top-tier agencies.
- Safeguard and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency and resonance across every channel and audience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand experiences that accelerate growth and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and amplify brand performance.
- Optimize resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver exceptional outcomes efficiently..
Who You Are
- You have deep expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing across B2B and B2C, ideally with experience at stand-out brands
- You are a proven leader who inspires creative teams and agency partners.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing brand building and multi-channel execution.
- You are fluent in design, copywriting, and digital marketing best practices.
- You excel at influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- You connect creative initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- You stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- You have experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- You have experience in-house; if your background is solely from creative agencies, this isn’t the role for you.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace accountability.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$140,000 - $180,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
