The Role
EDO is hiring a motivated, dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. As an experienced product marketer, you’ll be co-leading our product narrative, via compelling product marketing materials that speak to our customer needs and increase adoption of our platform and its features. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and interact internally with product, marketing, engineering, sales, client solutions, and executive teams — as well as key external contractors and partners.
Through product marketing strategy and delivery - you’ll partner to create content and collateral that clearly articulates our unique value proposition. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our customer segments, data/technology stack and product roadmap in order to produce best-in-class product marketing materials that drive greater customer understanding and engagement.
What You Will Do
- Plan, Develop, and Execute on product marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, internal data, and case studies - shipping on a regular, reliable cadence to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Understand and advocate for the voice of the customer as we cross-functionally develop new solutions, features, content, and demos. Act as a key bridge communicator and translator of our product to sales, business stakeholders and customers – so we can all clearly communicate our solution’s business benefits.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to ensure Go-to-Market marketing deliverables fit brand positioning and product frameworks, catered to various audience segments (media buyers, media sellers, data partners — across industries and personas).
- Develop compelling product/solution positioning and messaging frameworks — creating external sales materials (slides + 1-sheets), effective internal training, simple “cheat sheets”, compelling demos, and more.
- Perform competitive and market research and keep key internal stakeholders up-to-date on competitor strengths and weaknesses, market trends and changing customer needs. Work with your team to create compelling competitive narratives and frameworks.
- Work closely with Product & Partner teams to plan a roadmap communication plan, coordinate with PR and Marketing to align product announcements with marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team, management team, and external partners to create and edit thought leadership content that “show and tells” our unique product — and the value it brings (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, events, industry POVs, etc).
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6+ years of relevant marketing (minimum 2 years in product / product marketing roles ) - with experience for advanced measurement, consumer research/data, TV/video media and/or digital advertising technology companies a must. Startup experience is a plus.
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience collaborating across levels and functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Management). Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technology platforms and pricing models.
- Experience defining and contextualizing complex data products from both a people and product standpoint. Demonstrated track record of delivering strategy and execution of tactics.
- Strong storytelling skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of traditional and modern product / marketing dynamics, tactics and strategies.
- Experience with Collaboration Tools (Google Docs, Notion / Confluence, Slack, Airtable, etc), and Design / Creative Resources (Adobe Suite, Keynote, Canva, Figma, etc).
- Comfort with data-driven analysis, and quantitative reasoning - ability to convey complex concepts (our product, technology, and value proposition) in easy-to-understand terms.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 PLUS equity in a mid-stage company and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, experience, location and the level of education attained of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
